Greetings all!  The PIRA website here at WildApricot can renew your membership very quickly (or enroll you!) with the JOIN link.  Once you have a profile here, you'll be gaining access to Resources as we port them over during the 2021-2022 Pandemic Academic Year 3 Experience.
    .
On the bright side, PIRA 2021 in Iowa City was a major success... so we'll be planning to do a PIRA 2022 around the AAPT SM 2022, currently expected to be in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Where we'll hold it is up for discussion.  We might partner with PTRA as we did in 2018 at Loyola, or work with ALPhA and maybe revisit Ann Arbor ahead of the Grand Rapids meeting... Help us formulate the PIRA experience... make'n'takes, share sessions, time to play with demos, a demo workshop, and a great demo show.  That's what we did in Iowa City, and the folks who participate in person and online were pleased.  Best wishes everyone for a successful year...

A special thank you to all who attended the 2018 Annual PIRA Business Meeting at the AAPT Summer Meeting in Washington D.C.!  As noted during the meeting, we look forward to the year ahead as we begin to transition our membership management website here at WildApricot to serving as our home page for the association.  Remember, for academic year 2018-2019, http://www.pira-online.org will still direct you to our legacy pages at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and http://pira.wildapricot.org will begin to replicate those features as the time of our volunteers permits.

Anyone having experience with WildApricot and Webmastering who has the time to volunteer, please feel free to reach out and let us know.  I'm sure we can find a project for you to help.

Best wishes for a successful school year ahead!  Some districts start this coming week.  Yikes!

    Hello everyone!

I just wanted to let you all know that this new PIRA membership website (mainly the basics) are up and running at this point in time. Please bear with us while we update all the pages and content to make it more PIRA oriented.

I officially declare this site under construction!
