Lodging and Parking

On-campus dorm apartments

The conference uses apartment housing on the Loyola University Maryland campus. The checkout time is Saturday morning, July 28th before the first Saturday morning session.

Apartments have either 2 or 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen. Each bedroom has two beds, dressers and desks. Apartments are furnished with residential college furniture, and there is at least one full bathroom located in each apartment. The kitchens are equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven and cooktop, but are not outfitted with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, microwaves or coffee makers. Towels and linens are providedBut bringing a favorite pillow and towel is always a good idea.

Attendees may reserve either single occupancy or shared occupancy bedrooms. Reservation and payment for dorm housing must be done as part of the conference registration process according to the information you gave to Karen Jo Matsler for room and if you are not participating in our meals and snacks.

Parking

Free parking is available in lots near the Loyola dorms. All attendees can use these lots. The dorm parking lots are open during the summer, so no parking pass is needed.  The dorms are directly across the street from the Science buildings that we'll be meeting in.
